We also offer Business & Litigation Escrow Services to a myriad of industries, including real estate, business brokerage, legal support and more.

Darrin Maddox, CPA, MBA, CVA
Darrin is the owner of Realty and Consulting Management Services (dba BCM Services). He has nearly 30 years of accounting and financial reporting experience with both public and private industry clients—as well as local, national and international entities. He has extensive experience in the construction, development, title and real estate industries as a trusted financial advisor and as an owner/investor.Darrin is licensed as an Escrow Agent, as well as being the owner of a State of Nevada-licensed construction company. Additionally, Darrin is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both California and Nevada. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business, with an emphasis in accounting from California State University, Sacramento as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.
